Information You Submit
A name, phone number, or address entered into a search box is sent to the third-party provider that supplies the results. Wildomar Residents Directory does not keep a copy of that search. A message sent to the contact address contains whatever details the sender chooses to include, which may be used to respond.
Routine Technical Logs
Hosting systems may record an IP address, browser type, viewed URLs, and time stamps. Those records help maintain service and understand aggregate page use. Basic analytics or advertising measurement may use cookies or similar tools where the hosting and advertising arrangements provide them.
How Information Is Used
Technical information may support hosting, fault repair, traffic measurement, and page improvement. The reference does not sell a visitor list or create an individual profile from ordinary visits.
External Records and Search Links
Pages link to Riverside County and California portals, libraries, archives, and sponsored search providers. Once a link is opened, the destination's privacy notice controls the information submitted there. That provider also controls the sponsored result experience.
Who Receives Technical Data
Hosting and support vendors can process server logs while operating the service. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic information described above. Disclosure may also occur when required by valid legal process; otherwise, visitor data is not intentionally shared as a list.
Security and Retention
The site uses an encrypted connection. Logs are retained only for the operational purposes described above and for as long as those purposes require. Because there are no visitor accounts, this service does not hold a site password or user profile.
Visitors Under 18
The reference is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a person under 18. If a minor has sent information, contact us so the limited material can be reviewed for deletion.
Your California Privacy Choices
California's Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, is codified at Civil Code ยงยง1798.100 et seq. Covered consumers may have rights to know, correct, delete, and opt out of sale or sharing, subject to statutory exceptions. Because this reference keeps little visitor data, a request normally means checking the contact mailbox and applicable server logs. Use the Contact page to ask. The state's DROP mechanism may address registered data brokers, but it does not erase deeds, court files, voter records, or other official public records held by a custodian.
Policy Changes
When this policy changes, the revised text will appear here. Continuing to use the reference after an update indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
